This past weekend's K-Mart Collectors Day event was an overwhelming success. The Laredo and Corpus Christi stores did a wonderful job and deserve a big hand for making sure everything went smooth.

About Laredo, Melo wrote, "Many hats off to our Laredo K-mart for once again ensuring a well organized and planned Collector's Event! Everything was we'll thought out and any questions as to how the event would be handled were immediately answered. Tickets were passed out to all who attended (23 collector's including children) and the store had received 16 Cases. The way cases were distributed were by a lotto. The Store Manager had passed out raffle tickets to all who attended."

In Corpus, everything went smooth and everyone had a great time. There were 16 cases of Hot Wheels and one grand prize of a 126 car set of 2003 cars. The event was attended by about 28 people and all had lots of fun going through all the cases of new cars. Great job by the K-Mart Crew.

Some of the newer cars inside included the Madd Props, What-4-2, Lowflow, Fatbax Jacknabbit Special, Phantom Racer, Cat-A-Pult Final Run, Wastelander Blast Lane, and the Altered State Treasure Hunt.
